I bought a Amazon Kindle a year ago and he screen started acting up two weeks ago. I also bought the two year warranty.

The seller lied to me saying that whatever happen to it they will replace it with a new one because they didn't repair that kind of electronic no longer. I went back to the store and they sent it to repair. No one couldn't help me. I called the 888- customer services number and after an hour in the phone they couldn't help me either and they tried to shut off my mouth with a $25 gift card.

Very disappointed!! They lied to sell!!

Monetary Loss: $60.
