A key part of my large appliance order was not delivered and so not installed. Nearly 2 months have passed, and the company has not made contact with me to deliver the items.

Attempts to contact Best Buy could be made into a TV comedy skit-- no online reporting, calls to service lines lead to extended robot voice interaction, culminating in being directed to a voicemail box that is full in one case, and one that does not connect in another. One attempt that actually connected with a human being after numerous human-robot exchanges was disconnected 3 times.

Clearly they have no intention of delivering the product or refunding my payment. I am pursuing this with the credit card company.

Product or Service Mentioned: Best Buy Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
