I was returning one new tv yesterday may /25/2017 in Kendall drive and 122 ave.Miami florida and the customer service in charge do one BIG mistake he returned the sale to the company who paid the tv.

Told with the store manager but he only said to me am sorry. Now am paid for their mistakes.

I think that no right and is bad customer service from employee and store manager.I come back to my house with my hands empty, no money , no tv,no store credit.Only promises.sorry bad this business going down if customers service no going better.
