I preordered the XBox One X Scorpio Edition back in August when they were first accepting preorders. Chose to do in-store pick up for the system so I wouldn't have to worry about it getting delayed in shipping.

Well I'm still not getting my system at tonight's midnight release. I just received an email informing me that it will not be available for pickup on release day. Called the store and they don't even know when I'll receive it. What really blew my mind is that the store was able to fill all the preorders for the regular edition of the X, but not the special edition, which was released for preorders first.

They didn't even try to offer any sort of consolation for the screw up. I'm done with Best Buy!!!
