I ordered and paid for a freezer on Sunday, 26 June, 2011 at the store in Salinas Ca. The freezer was out of stock but the Manager, Eric, located one at a store about 30 miles away ( Soquel Ca.) and promised that it would be in his store for me to pick up on Thursday, 30 June, 2011.
Long story short, the freezer was not there on Thursday. Keep in mind, I lost a day from work and made arrangements for a truck to haul the freezer. I don't get it, the freezer is only 30 miles away and they had 4 days to get it to the Salinas store. I asked the manager, Eric, how can this be.
He looked at me dumbfounded and said, I don't know. I'm posting this out of frustration because I know the "big-shots" at Best Buy could care less. As long as they and the store are making millions thats all that matters. In the meantime guys like me keep getting screwed.
Best Buy, beware, you are puttig yourself out of business.
In 20 years you will be nothing but a figment of our imagination..
