I AM SO UPSET- I had delivery set for sept 23, 2017, waited for 7am call-no call. then called store at 10am, I'm told store left a message on my cell phone about rescheduling a delivery (no message, no missed call-THIS MEAN NO CALL) I had to cancel my installing guy, reschedule my appointments.

talked to megan-ssaid she was the store manager(who knows if its her real name) they rescheduled a delivery for oct 4 without consulting( will not be home on oct 4). megan kept insisting she is doing everything she can for me. told her company should not make false statements about contacting customers.

she kept insisting they left a message on my phone. DISGUSTED WITH THEIR SERVICE !!!!
