I placed an order with Best Buy on 8/6 with a delivery date of 8/17. on that day I got up and waited all day which I did not go to work for.
no delivery, no phone call. I called the warehouse at 3 and was assured it was on the way. I called at 5 and was told they tried to deliver around noon, but no one answered the door. My whole family was home waiting, so that was impossible.
and no one called to say we were coming or that they were unable to deliver. they automatically rescheduled for Tuesday. Here I am again, waiting, another day off work... and no delivery yet, I was told there was no product in the warehouse.
so here I am on hold AGAIN after calling.
no one bothered to call me and if they did early enough I could have gone to work. Trying to get a hold of anyone to help is a nightmare
