Don't use Best Buy at all for Appliances....they delivered something that was completely dented and not acceptable. Called to reschedule and was told they wouldn't be able to help for over 24 hours because it was still on the truck, even though the delivery guy was the one to call and send pictures of the defective item.

They say there is nothing they can do, just have to wait.

I had to take multiple days off work, pay extra to cancel my gas install and then redo that as well.

They aren't helpful, STAY AWAY! BUY FROM ANYWHERE ELSE!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
