Ordered a SONOS Play:1 with free shipping. More than eight days before shipping was confirmed and carrier acknowledged receipt of the package.

Because they had a limit of one, I ordered another from and received that one in 3 days (and the website actually indicated that the product was out of stock at the time). I had a gift card kicking around that I wanted to use for, otherwise I would never bother with Best Buy. Why would you? Still waiting to receive the product.

Having done numerous transactions online with Amazon, eBay and the like, Best Buy doesn't measure up in terms of post sale status.

For five days their status indicated shipped, yet the package hadn't been acknowledged by the carrier. Get with the times!!

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problem with delivery of best buy shipping service. Best Buy needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
