They promised an oven delivery three weeks after I ordered. I waited three weeks without a working oven at home, and then a couple of days before delivery they tell me it's delayed another five weeks.
I say I cannot wait that long and ask them what they will do to make it up to me and they say they won't do anything. I ask for a replacement oven, which is more expensive, but I'm willing to pay half of the additional cost. Again, no response.
They don't seem to care that they are breaking a promise which I relied on. I would not have purchased the oven from them if I knew this.
