First i walked into the Best Buy store in East Brunswick where 5 employees were standing around talking than I had to go to them to ask for help. Told them I needed a wireless bridge to hook up my blu-ray. The first two had no idea what it was,even went on their web site to show,them what I needed,still they looked like deer in the headlights. Finally the third one was nice and somewhat helpful no complaints about him he tried his hardest. As for that store i will never go to that one again. Save yourself aggravtion and go to a different store.

Today I went to Best Buy because they had a great deal for Ipad mini. I went in with my sisters because they wanted one too. I told them that it was really cheap. So we went into the store and they had a few people in line. I had a friend that was in front of me and the man who was working was very rude. It was the worst customer service I ever had. He would not let my friend use her father's reward card because "its not under her name" which was really weird. Also he said that she needed ID to buy. She was 16 about to get her licenses and they told her no. When I went to buy one, they had to check my ID and my reward card to see if they were the same. There were many people behind me and the man who was working told them that there was ONLY 4 left when I saw a girl bring out 10 ipad mini. I was so mad because those people who did not get any. I also view that most of the people in line to buy these were Asian people and i feel like they were being prejudice against Asian people. I guess some people have not change and this is why I am not ever coming back to this store again. They need to find better workers to service people.

I had the same issue. Spent $80 for a router.

Took a store credit card, which I never do, to save $20. Paid off my account and tucked the credit card in a drawer. Thought that was that. Wound up with late charges totaling $56.

When I called to inquire, I was connected with a "collections" person - so no help there.

Bent over, paid the fees, closed the account and will NEVER shop at Best Buy again. Shame on me for falling for the store Credit Card.

Best Buy nightmare

I ordered several applianaces and they keep delaying the delivery. I'm renovating the kitchen and this keeps delaying contractors. When I called, I had to enter all of my information, then I was put on hold, and then after 30 minutes or more I got disconnected. I've called twelve times and have spent a total of 3 hours on the phone. I spoke to a supervisor (Laurie) who was working on the issue, but again my call got dropped. I guess it's time for call number thirteen (lucky thirteen?). Order number 434941009790. This is my Best Buy nightmare, and may be the last time I ever use this store.
