i am Esdras ,the Best buy customer in Rwanda.
I met Janet Mackenzie on whatsapp group advertising goods which are discounted.I immediately ordered 2 items but after paying this Janet mackenzie said they should not ship a little number of items and i have also added 3 items which i paid 80USD,in total i paid 120USD.
We agreeded that they will use DHL as it has branches in my country.But surprisingly,on the 5th november,2020 She told me that they have used middle express, a private company not known worldwide and sent me a tracking number.
few hours ago,she told also that she mistakenly sent more items and before they realised,the shipment was started,and asked to pay for at least fees to resume the shipping.I said that i have no more money and concluded to hold the package at Poland until i pay the required amount.(60 USD)
I have paid it.
I have continued to pay fees including
2.Custom fess(500 USD)
and other fees until i paid up to 1800USD.
Janet Mackenzie told me,that,as they shipped more item with the cost of 7000USD,i should receive the whole parcel and sell the content and pay back the money to the company.
But surprisingly,today,Hurbert Jolie said that i have to pay again the 500$ before the parcel is delivered,from Conackry to Rwanda.
What i suggest:To resume shipping as i cleared everything and i will sell goods to refund the company,as janet mackenzie promised me..
Or let me use insurance fees at airport to pay this 500$ as now i am no longer able to find money
Or Make Janet Mackenzi accountable because she is the one who lied me.
