I bought a microwave from bestbuy.com. it came damaged.
i called best buy immediately and was told a return shipping label would be sent to me. the next day I called again. i was told the same thing. 10 days later still no label and when I called again i was first told that 2 other labels had been sent to me then i was told that the prior people had not filled in the form correctly but he did fill it in correctly to get a shipping label sent to me.
Still no label. I finally wrote a letter to the headquarters. Just mailed it. Still no label.
Terrible company. Will never shop there again.
