I purchased a 15,000 BTU Frigidaire Air conditioner for the amount of $435.49 on 5/26/18. I received the air conditioner damaged.

I called to report the damaged air conditioner, Best buy pickup the damaged air conditioner and was replaced with a new one on 6/7/18 . The sevond air conditioner eax also damaged . I called to report the damaged item , to be returned the same day i received, the air conditioner. I wax told , ups will be picking up the item .

I have been calling every day and have been getting the run arounds . I have be told first, someone will be picking up the air conditioner on 6/12/18 between 6pm - 7pm, no one came .

I called , i was told within 24 to 48 hours someone will pickup the item . I called today and was told the same story .
