Called 866-586-2810 to get help on an item not delivered on 6 Jan 2018; a woman answered. Asked her name, but refused to give her name.
She hang up phone. Her attitude was not for service. Best Buy Corp should review their employee attitudes toward customers. Six phone calls have been cut off after 20 some minutes of waiting.
They are in a different world. Gig? What gig? No email, strange kind of chat, dead end phone service.
Same on BEst Buy.
BUT, I am fully satisfied with people at Tyson’s Corner Best Buy. They are good and care.
