My daughter's laptop was sent in for warranty repair on the screen and came back with a failing keyboard and touchscreen. The repair was never verified by the Mansfield, MA store and it sat there from 1/8 to 1/22 awaiting my daughter's return to college to pick it up.
It was sent back to the repair center on 1/22 for an "expedited repair. A part was found defective and ordered without overnight shipping. the part came in and it has been waiting on an agent to fix it for over 6 hours. This was escalated to the "Executive Resolution Team" since escalation to the "Customer Care" line proved ineffective.
I am still awaiting resolution. It is apparent that this company is only interested in making the initial sale and not providing quality warrtanty work in a timely fashion.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
