Same issue ,When you purchase the item with a debit card it's out of your account before you leave the register. When you return it ,there policy which you have no idea what it is till you try to return it,makes you wait for your money.
The store manager said that is corporate policy but when you call corporate they say to talk to the manager. Either way after several calls to corporate ,they tell me their return policy is on the the internet.Who the *** is looking at their web page when your out shopping!
I believe in some states consumer protection laws state you must have this policy posted at the register for our protection! Best Buy and most corporate chains are about holding on to money as long as they can.
