We bought a floor model refrigerator 2 years ago AND the extended warranty. In January fridge broke.

Geek squad said it was the fan. Ordered the part. Almost 2 weeks later and a ton of spoiled food, Geek squad says part NO LONGER AVAILABLE so they'll give us our $$ back(over $900). Since we can't replace what we have for that, we went to Sears Outlet and bought a floor model for $1100 figuring we'd apply the $$ we got back from Best Buy.

Now they say store credit only!?!?

Horrible horrible customer service! I will tell everyone I know!!
