Drove a half an hour to Best Buy, Daytona, FL. Asked the woman in TVs if someone could answer a couple of questions.
She said someone would be right there. Waited 15 minutes, no one showed. Asked her again and she said they would be right there, waited another 10 minutes. Saw plenty of sales people on the floor but no one came over.
Went back to the woman she said she was sorry and someone would be there shortly. Needless to say I left, sales people were busy talking to one another instead of helping the few people that were in the store.
Only way I'll be back is if I know actually what I want. They have not helping people down to a science in that store.
