On February 26, 2017 i received a letter stating my account has been closed due to number of accounts with delinquencies that i have with other account holders. I have never been late on my payments with Best Buy and have paid in full.
They should not base their decision on my other accounts they have nothing to do with. This is very negative on their behalf and i feel i was being discriminated against. All the lady i spoke to could say is that she was sorry.
Yes, it is sorry that they do this to people regarding on their other accounts that have nothing to do with Best Buy. I will be filing a complain with the Federal Trade Commission as well.
