I have the warranty package for my phone when we purchased them a few years ago and renewed the warranty package in October/November.
Last October I cracked the Invisible Shield for my IPhone 12/12 Pro. Stopped by the store and thought I needed to purchase a new cover but was told with the warranty I did not have to so the cost was refunded to my account and the protective cover was put on by the Geek Squad.
Today, March 15, 2022, I went into Best Buy to have a new cover replaced on my phone and was told that since the cost of the current one was returned, I received my money back plus a cover so I did not have a warranty on the present invisible shield.
In speaking to a couple employees, the older gentleman showed my how the transaction should have been rang through Last October and stated that I needed to buy a shield for it to be covered by the warranty.
His example was

final cost $0.00
If I spent $26.15 last October and the amount was refunded, my cost is still $0.00. BUT it was not entered into Best Buys system correctly to show that it was a warranty replacement. So today, I spent a total of $21.49 for a shield that I should not have had to IF things were entered correctly last October 2021 at the store. Plus my expense of the warranty program.
I tried to explain this to the two gentleman but they were not getting it and kept telling me that I messed up their inventory and it was a loss to the store.
The older gentleman started to talk to me and want to explain things to me as if I was a child. I told him I would walk away if he did. Then when I tried to explain it to him, he was rude and told me not to point which I was not.
This happened at the 131 Mall Woods Drive, Dayton, Ohio store location. I can not return the item or I ended up with the same mess I had from October 2021.

Trey stepped up and fixed all my problems and made me whole. They did everything possible to help me and a lot more.
Ben at the store was great and helped me to get what i wanted and now we are buddies. Could not ask for more.
I will start from the beginning, tried to buy a good sound bar system in your store and after an hour or better got someone. He could not help new so got another person he also tried, but again he was new and that is fine, but I asked for someone who understand sound bar systems. Finally, got someone who was really smart, but too smart. I wanted a 5/1 system, so I had to purchase additional wireless rear speakers from LG, the same as the sound bar.
So off I go home thinking as he was a simple hookup. Well, it was not that. I had to go back to the store and find out that there is an app to set this up. Another simple hookup, not so fast.
I had to over a computer person to help and paid him to sit here for 21/2 hours while I tried to talk to a person who knew this system and could not get to anybody, your people tried over and over to no luck. I tried tonight and went thought the same bull.
The seventh person gave up and got me a technician to come out 11 days from now. Come on, all I needed was a person to talk to when I had a person who understood what he was saying.
So, I'm out all the time at the store and the time wasted on the phone and the money i spent to have a person here to help me. Why you ask, I hope you can answer that because I am tiered of typing.

To cancel a service contract

Credit due. It took a couple months for it show on credit card statement. Best Buy took back the dishwasher we ordered once delivered.
User's recommendation: Because inventory was extremely low and the dishwasher we wanted was out of stock and back ordered, we did not order it.

Hi,
Im not a pissed off customer, just very, very tired.
I've made 12 attempts to get my problem resolved. When Customer Service tries to send me to another office, I'm disconnected.
Once I was sent to City Bank. The last time I was on hold for seven minutes when a voice came on telling me there was no one available to help me, and to try again. I was then disconnected, I've been on this for TWO DAYS. The problem is so much easier to explain if you pull up my credit card statement: 6035 35** **35 8983.
There are two charges on my statement, when I believe there should be only one.
Right now, the charges are for $97.97 and $51.94.
I DID return items, but supposedly have received credit for them.
There may be a simple answer: ****Is it possible that the coffee machine and the Geek Squad were listed as two separate charges? ****
Would you confirm that for me please?

The issue was never resolved. Bust Buy did not make any attempt to correct the error on their part nor have the contacted me.
