Best Buy - Customer service is a joke

Customer service at the store told me to contact their company customer service number, called them and they said they can't help me as the in store customer service has to help me. Had to get a three way call with the manager and the corporate customer service and they both argued with each other and neither helped me.

never make the mistake of buying a Samsung washer from bestbuy with extended warranty. Best Buy - Never Again

Recently purchased a phone from Best Buy and bought minutes to go with it. Upon receipt we discovered that they had not activated the minutes. We called them immediately and they told us that there was nothing they could do. Not only did they refuse to help, but they are rude as well. Requested to speak to supervisor - of course, they were no help either. Now I'm out $20.00 for minutes - and they are like Merry Christmas HaHaHa. They re the absolute worst. I buy all of my appliances there - my microwave, my computer, etc. Will NEVER EVER shop there again. BEST BUY? more like WORST BUY.

Best Buy - Bought 43" T.V. on Black Friday

Bought 46" T.V. on Black Friday NOVEMBER 23RD. ...... They shipped T.V. and left it at my FRONT DOOR WITHOUT A CALL BY UPS... at 8pm. I opened the Box which was in perfect condition. put the stand on T.V. and the T.V. which seemed in perfect condition..... THE ENTIRE LEFT CORNER OF THE SCREEN HAD A LARGE SPIDERWEB CRACK IN. it was returned and I WAS SENT ANOTHER T.V. A WEEK LATER. I was ok....UNTIL I OPENED the SECOND BOX . IT WAS CRACKED IN THE EXACT SAME SPOT.....I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND...... AND WAS TOLD THEY WEREN'T ABLE TO SHIP ANOTHER ONE UNLESS I PAID FOR IT WITH A CREDIT CARD!!!! UNBELIEVABLE. ALL IS HAVE NOW IS ANOTHER CRACKED T.V. IN MY LIVING ROOM WAITING FOR A SHIPPING LABEL TO BE E-MAILED AND MY *** REFUND. ITS NOW DEC 21ST.

Best Buy - I ordered this $900 sound bar online. It was an "open item". The description was "excellent condition".

I ordered this sound bar online. It was an "open item". The description was "excellent condition". I returned the sound bar to my local store and was told they don't have anything at the "quality" that this sound bar was. And even if they did they wouldn't be able to let me have it at the price that I paid for the one online for. They refunded my money and as they opened the box they asked me where the remote was. I never opened the box so I didn't even get all the damn parts. I don't know what was in the box other than the sub woofer.
