Took my fried laptop I bought back in October the charger fried it. The man working at geek squad said he would honestly throw it away or put it in sand. Now they have to send it off for 2 weeks, thats my livelihood, Im bout to loose my job now. Then we would have to buy a new computer? Can they not loan me one so I dont loose my job? I dont have the money to buy a whole new computer. Why cant yall loan me one until mine comes back? Were paying extra for the warranty or insurance or what ever its supposed to be. Can yall help me? The people working were great they go by what yall tell them to say.

They should lose their jobs-not qualified-not reliable. Go to Office Max/Depot-they will get it done.

I don't think anyone with Geek Squad or Best Buy can tie their own shoes. They should fill the unemployment line asap.

They probably wouldn't know how to do that either. Stupid is as stupid does.

Best Buy never gave me back my money after canceling four protection plans. They said they prorate the plans amd give me back my money. They said they did. It I never received my money. When I called them back several times they simply said theres nothing they can do about it that it was paid to my old bank account which I told them had been closed for almost a year now. I called the corporate office and was told theyd look into it and get back to me but they never did. I will never trust Best Buy again. Buyers beware!

Why didn't you make the appointment when you purchased the remote start? What makes you think any install bay would have next day availability for you?

Especially right in the middle of the season and in the very area where everybody gets this done alot. Also it's extremely ignorant to compare an install bay in Florida to a place in the north Atlantic states in the middle of winter.

Guess whitch ones will be doing more remote starts... You should get a chance star for failing to think ahead.

Maybe you could try doing like the homeless do and simply never wash your clothes. That way, you would be given a wide berth whenever you went out in public.

You could just let your clothes get washed at the same time that you took your shower, whenever it happened to be raining just go out and let it all pour down on you. You would be happy and carefree just like the unwashed masses.

After just 4 HOURS of placing an order that will not ship for 2 WWEEKS, they refused to cancel the order. No order placed on xmas eve will be loaded on a truck within 4 hours especially when the delivery date is 2 WEEKS away. I also spent alot of time with an agent in chat who kept telling me my phone number was wrong (???) so I called CS instead.
