Late payment

Very good experience Purchased a four piece appliance that experience went well delivery was fine except for scratch on the left side of the fridge at the bottom when the delivery person was bringing it in through the door other than that it was a good experience I got credit back $200. Robot

Still waiting to hear from them. I am actually now going to dispute a portion of the charge. This is ridiculous to stated I'd receive a discount for the initial inconvenience. But yet again I am being MORE inconvenienced by having to reach out and take time away from clients, my ability to make money, and I'm getting no where!

User's recommendation: If they promise something get it in writing . Get it to happen immediately. Do not take their word for it. Get what's promised asap. Don't wait around for them as they are flaky.

Attempting to order haul away service of my old appliances with little success.

It took about 56 minutes to speak with a representative that left me wondering if they understood the English language. I wanted to order a haul away service of my old appliances having purchased new appliances this morning from BB. When I got the confirmation of the order, the address was wrong. When I informed them through their chat service, the order for haul away was cancelled.

Ordered a $3000 refrigerator and when the time came for delivery the 2 men would not put the fridge in the correct spot in the kitchen. They would not lift the fridge over a small counter corner in order to install. Instead they left the brand new fridge in my dining room. This was all after they were able to take my front door off its hinges but not able to put a refrigerator in the kitchen. They also were unable to hook up the water line for the fridge because they brought the wrong size tube. Completely unacceptable.

Set up redelivery

I had a second delivery of washer and dryer and again they were damaged. I have to wait another month for delivery again. I was promised 10%off for my trouble but nothing on my bill

i have rescheduled a delivery for a tv that i spent 2500.00 on because they are not showing up when they say they will . im currently waiting right now , should have been here hours ago . i am missing my grandsons birthday party. i am extremely disappointed in the customer service , i will never buy another thing from Best Buy. This is the worst experience I have ever had with purchasing anything .

Verify the cancellation of my card/account

I cancelled my card and I cut it up. I am now receiving 3-5 phone calls per day for a late payment to pay for my subscription. I cancelled it. I have no account number. I used it once to buy my computer and paid it off that day. I do not want to renew my subscription.

Sounds like you cancelled the card but not the subscription tied to that card. It must be easy to pawn responsibility off with this level of ignorance.

I cancelled my subscription and CitiBank is calling me 3-5 times a day for late payment. I cut up my card and do not know the account number. I never had a online account.

Card fraud

I do not have a Best Buy credit card, I keep getting a voicemail requesting payment but its for another person. I want my phone number to be removed and make sure Im not tied to this card in any other way.

Never spoke to anyone that knows anything

I am still on hold after one hour. I have a simple question and just need verification. I have spoken to 3 people. Each was going to transfer me to the "expert". After 60 minutes no one has picked up the call. I guess that means you have no experts only people that put you on hold. You do a fantastic job of that.

WRONG PHONE NUMBER ON ACCOUNT

I INFORMED THE REP THAT THEY HAD THE WRONG PHONE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. ii TRIED to access my account to make a payment and was unable to do so as it rejected my phone number. I have just talked to a live agent and asked that my phone number be corrected. I will try again in a while to make a payment.

Guy hung up without letting me inquire about a specific charger

I told the guy that I needed some help buying a charger for a laptop. He said I absolutely could get a charger at any one of the stores and hung up. I didnt have the chance to tell him which specialty laptop that didnt have a purchasable cord a year ago and had hoped they would have one now. Hope he gets written up for this because this review option came up after he hung up on me.
