I went in to pre order my Samsung Note 10 plus for me and my wife. It took forever to get my ported. Both ATT and T-moble really treat people like crap. and they should be takened to court and sued for false advertising. All these cell phone companys . I'm going to start a grass roots following to get these criminals to give us back the real unlimited plans that they stole from us. Its' not like we stole them we were paying a lot of money. The plans on all the company are not unlimited.So I'm going to see how far I can get.But getting back Samsung told in a nice way to $uck off. They reps are not from hear is I'm so sorry. But then can do anything about it.

Best Buy - Camera reparation

The last time I traveled to the US for a couple of days, I wanted to take my camera to Self Service Center but unfortunately, they would take a couple of days, even weeks to repair the problems. I don't blame them. I've heard great things about their team. Hopefully next time I go back, I will have my camera fixed.

This is what reparation means... the making of amends for a wrong one has done, by paying money to or otherwise helping those who have been wronged. So, what does that have to do with your post regarding getting your camera fixed?

I purchased a Samsung TV less than one year ago. I was watching it from several feet away when the screen suddenly went dark and the tv just went dead. It is still under warranty. I took it in to BestBuy and they said the screen was cracked and the warranty does not cover physical damage. I did not damage this TV. It is a defective product and BestBuy should stand behind it and offer a refund or replacement. I will never purchase anything from Best Buy again and will never but another Samsung product.

Why would they give you a free tv that's been physically damaged? I think you need to stop pawning off your own responsibility in this.

Best Buy - Their recycling program stinks

I brought an old tv to a best buy store, and asked if I can give it to them for recycling. The answer was yes for a $25 fee. This is unacceptable!! I get punished for doing the right thing, and rewarded if I do the wrong thing, which is to throw it away like most americans do. Not only do they make money for punishing well meaning people, they make money by processing the material for recycling. This is another example of who really owns this country; the top 1%. These multinational corporations make their own laws so they can get richer and we always lose. And the politicians won't do anything about this because they work for the rich. It's a disgrace! I will never buy anything from best buy again.

Bought a SAmsung refrigerator. Have had numerous continuing problems. HAve A & E insurance.9 repair visits including Geek Squad. Refrigerator freeze food in the refrigerator not to mention the problem with icemaker. Have purchased many items $5000 camera Ipads ETC. They have no customer loyality as well as Poor service,as the customer you are held hostage to the Big Corporation.

Best Buy in Houston, Texas - Poor delivery and refund service

I purchased TV, warranty and tech support membership on a Sunday for delivery of TV on Tuesday. Delivery was a no show and I was not called and advised I was put on "reschedule." I called customer service to find that out, so I told them to cancel my entire purchase. We are now a week later and no refund! I have made calls to store, headquarters, complaint dept, etc and still do not have a full refund (1 week later). While the employees are polite, the company's policies on refunds and the BS we have to go through via 800 numbers and long wait times is extremely frustrating. I have gone through a week of frustration and stress due to this freaking company and will never step foot in that store again!!!
