I was called a liar by a man in your customer service department. I called back and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Migel who listened, could not really help with my issue but did pass me on to another gentleman who discussed with me the situation and why some things were not working for our account.
Migel and the last gentleman are valuable employees but I was floored by being called a liar by someone who gave ridiculous information to me to follow. I need to purchase (2) cameras for my company's conference rooms and I am looking elsewhere for these cameras. Not happy how I was initially treated. Oh and the first person I spoke to put me on hold but I know that trick, I told him I could not understand him because his phone was cutting in and out ...
so his solution was to put me on hold. Very poor employees these first 2 men.
Preferred solution: Apology.
Best Buy Cons: Poor customer service by 2 of your employees, Rude people in corp office and no one not knowing an thing.
