I have been purchasing all types of items from geek for the last couple of years. Satisfied with what was purchased and received.
Recently I received a bill for $73.48 for items that do not show up on my order history. I have tried to resolve this and keep being sent to various web sites that keep sending me in circles. I am being told to check my order history but it is not there. I have not received anything from geek for about a month now.
I think someone that works for geek or wish can get back to me on this matter. Until this is resolved and your customer service tells me what I purchased no more orders.
Also I was told to send pictures of the items I am being charged for. Well I can't send you photos of items I never received.
Monetary Loss: $74.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
