Best Buy - Complaint
We ordered a steam washer and dryer. We received a steam washer but not a steam dryer.
We let that go. I tried to call to order a pedestal for our LG washer and dryer. No- one answered the phone !!! I made multiple attempts and gave greater than 15 minutes waiting each time.
So we went into the Westminster Best Buy and dealt with Gus , the same person who sold us the washer and dryer. Per his badge he is the department manager. Today I received the pedestals by a delivery guy who does not install the pedestal. No one asked if we need installation and we had installation.
I do not know how to unhook all of the washer and dryer parts
These pedestals were $300 each , so more than $ 600.
I want to speak with store manager at the Westminster store.
I do not have confidence in Gus the appliance manager to get things done the way we expect. I am using this to try to reach someone at the Westminster store and again, no one answered the phone.
