I was asking an associate for help signing a soundbar for a 65 inch TV he then handed me a 38 in. and then said that that is good enough.
and when I asked him to please help me find the Soundbar that would be the right size he told me another sales associate asked to help me and I said that he doesn't have time for this *** so I said that helping customers which is part of your job is *** and he just walked away. So then I started to push the TV and the sound bar that I wanted towards the cash register and another associate ask me if I needed help and I said yeah because the other associate refused to help me and that doing his job was *** when the other associate started to help me he walked up and said that i had to leave and that he was going to call the cops on me if i did not leave. If this is how best buy trains their associates to treat customers then i will never spend another dime with best buy. In the past week i have spent over $1000 at this best buy which is on University drive in coral springs, FL.
I will spend every spare moment i have writing reviews on every website i can find explaining how the associates treat customers at this location. I have never felt so disrespected and absolutely humiliated when making a $700 purchase at a store and before this experience I only went to Best Buy and i told everyone who would listen how great the geek squad protection is but after this absolutely horrible experience I will never step foot in another Best Buy unless it is to return every single item i have purchased in the past week.
