In March of 2018 we went to Best buy and switch from Sprint to AT&T. We switched because we were given a price of $257 for 5 phones and a credit of $15 a month on our DirecTV bill.
We never received the DirectTV discount and our phone bill is $330. When I went back to the Best buy that I purchased this plan from they had different people working there and promptly told me that the plan that was given to me hadn't been offered in many months. I have called the local store, I have called the corporate office and I have visited the store all of which have proved useless. the only other thing I can think of is to get a hold of a local television consumer person or just sit outside.
Particular store till I get my $720 back from my overpayment.
what is even worse than that is when I call AT&T to complain they tell me that Best buy employees get a little zealous so they lie to you to get you to sign. ***
