Buyers BEWARE of BEST BUY's return policies
I purchased a 32" TV at Best Buy online and figured it would be a safe purchase considering that I had purchased it from such a "reliable" store and that I had also purchased their Geek Squad protection program. The TV arrived about a week later and it arrived broken. I didn't worry because I knew Best Buy would stand behind their products and all services provided. However, the store manager Antony informed me that not only he was not going to take it back, but that I had to deal with UPS myself. Basically, I was out of a TV, out of cash and out of luck with Best Buy and their Geek Squad Program wich was as useless as trash. Never again buying from Best Buy and will move my business to Costco who do have a very "reliable" return policy and customer service. Best Buy has lost a customer for life.

"low Price guaranteed" - a good tag line but who is Best Buy kidding?
I bought an hdtv on 6/16 at BB with scheduled delivery on 6/27. On 6/23 I found Sears had the same tv on sale at $40 less. Not a huge difference but I would like to find out how good BB is with their promise/commitment to customers. I called on 6/24 and was put on hold for more than 30 mins because the rep had to check my info out. First, she said Sears website was frozen so she couldn't verify my claim. she then said Sears said the offer isn't available for my area. By the way, this is the game that Best Buy themselves play all the time. They would advertize a low price but when you check into it, conveniently for BB, it is not available in your area. I told her, it cannot be true because I had it in my cart (because Sears make you put it in your cart to see the low price). A long story (and a long wait) short, I told her to cancel my order. That took another 20 minutes of waiting for her to come back to confirm the cancellation. In the meantime, I had already checked out at Sears website and scheduled delivery for 6/25. Good buy and good luck Best (or not so Best) Buy. I am not looking forward to dealing with you. Period.

Do NOT buy. Worst scam ever. They do not replace the phone upon issue. They make you buy a loaner phone (I got an old beat up Blackberry) not even an iPhone. $50. Then you have to come back and pick up repaired phone. You have to sign your life away that the beat up used loaner phone would not be damaged while wait for repair. If any damage to the already used loaner phone, you owe Best Buy FULL retail value of the loaner phone. Insurance was not what was sold or expected from company. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
Completely messed up on installing remote start | Best Buy review from San Francisco, California
The service I have received from the Best Buy in Sioux Falls, SD has been absolutely unacceptable. I had purchased a remote start for my vehicle and had it installed through Best Buy. When I purchased the remote start I was advised that it would be $219.99 and with the additional parts and wiring needed to install the remote start the total be about $386 and change. I made the appointment for 12/12/2011 to have it installed, and when I arrived they advised me that they forgot to include a module override and I would have to pay an additional $100. I dropped my vehicle off at 5 PM and was advised it would be finished in 2 Â½ hours, i received my vehicle back at 11:30 PM and come to find the next day many things were newly broken. I paid an additional 29.99 so that my remote start key fob would also pop my trunk, my gas take and trunk pop are located in the driver side door next to each other. My trunk would not open, my gas tank would not open, buttons fell out of my dash and pieces of my door were missing. When i took the vehicle back to address the issues one of their workers used hot glue on electronics inside my door and advised me that should fix the issue! about 10 trips and $500 later all of my issues are still not resolved! Never let best buy touch your vehicle!

I believe your T V commercials against Santa are very offensive, to both Adults and Children. Wheather your Store believes is a personal thing and I dont think you should try and push your beliefs on the whole world by dissing Santa. I am sure there are many more people that like to believe, than there are that dont believe. What are small children to think when they see your ad and they are kicking Santa off the roof or eating his cookies and making remarks to him. GET RID OF SUCH NEGATIVE ADS.
