Bought 5 appliances online on Black Friday 2019 and I was promised to receive a $500 gift card. Best Buy took almost 2 months to deliver my products and sent me the wrong color in one of them. Told me to go to the store to solve it because the werent able to do it online. Calle today after solving issues and all products were delivered and a res presentar Ive just told me that THEY COULDNT HONOR THE $500 GIFT CARD BECASUE IT WAS TO LONG AGO!!!!!

Horrible geek squad in Oxnard store | Best Buy review from Camarillo, California

I had an existing Geek Squad Support subscription, They said they couldn't fix the old computer so I bought a new MAC that cost over $1800. They were supposed to transfer all my data from my old computer onto my new computer. They called and said the new computer was ready to pick up. I later discovered that they did NOT transfer PAGES to my new computer thus LOST ALL DATA stored on Pages. Sales person basically lied to us about extended warranty for a laptop. Said if ANY issues with it I could take it to BB/Geek Squad. So after a month there's issues with it and take it in and "manager" says software is not covered? When I told him both my gf and I were told by the sales rep that "any" issues would be covered that's basically lying. All manager said was he was sorry. WTF? Best Buy sales people are on a level with used car sales people. BEWARE!!!

We ordered a stove, fridge, washer, dryer and microwave. The guy says the fridge doesn’t fit by maybe 1/2 cm. And he doesn’t install microwaves! So I was left with a disconnected fridge uninstalled microwave and a stove they could not put in as well due to no safety bracket. My food melted while I leveled the fridge myself, and had to plug everything in so I could put my food away! Very frustrating! For a small female the fridge is not easy to move in and out! Now I have to find someone to install a microwave, wish I was informed prior to!!!

Store: Best Buy, El Camino Real, Mountain View, CA Manager: john Bestbuy service is going from bad customer service to fraud. I took my Apple Watch for service they diagnosed it and mentioned that it was a manufacture defect and they would fix it. After I handover the watch they damaged it and were saying it was physically abused. When I asked to give that in writing, they refused to give it. If anyone want to go to best buy for service make sure you take pictures before you give it to them. They are liars and don’t ever believe their word. I will never buy anything from best buy ever again.

I am very upset with 3 items I purchased lately with Best Buy. Ring doorbell stop working after a year. Had to buy a new one. Microwave I purchase last July quit working. I return to the store asked for a refund or exchange. Manager said no. Now my sister purchased a new vacuum cleaner last November off my gift card in another city and it also quit working. I had to rebuy two items with the 2 year plan. The store in Escondido CA won't replace her vacuum. Thanks for your time. Hope Lofton.
