I have been spoiled by most places I shop having 30-90 days return policy (some even lifetime whenever you're unhappy) so didn't look close enough (my fault!). Not to mention everything was handle online so there is no "receipt" to look at closely.

Came to find out the 15-day return policy when I thought about returning the purchase 3 weeks after purchase (still brand new in box). Again, thought I would have at least 30 days. When going back online to find the receipt and start the return process, the product icons showed as ineligible for return. Lesson learned!!

Will never shop at Best Buy again!!!!!! Buyers beware!!!!!!
