Best Buy sold me a TV in November of 2016, and in order to get the free calibration and installation by Geek Squad I had to sign up for a 5 month payment plan with Geek Squad (they are partners with Best Buy) and give them an automatic withdrawal from our account which can last for 2 years they continue to take your money unless you notify them to cancel. (supposedly a membership that you never realized you had).
Unfortunately by the time I realized something was wrong they had taken 34$ for 15 more months which amounted to an extra $544 to buy a Toshiba TV.
So far the most they would give me is $60. I would LOVE to get my money back for a suspicious plan that I did not subscribe to.
