Im not a pissed off customer, just very, very tired.

I've made 12 attempts to get my problem resolved. When Customer Service tries to send me to another office, I'm disconnected.

Once I was sent to City Bank. The last time I was on hold for seven minutes when a voice came on telling me there was no one available to help me, and to try again. I was then disconnected, I've been on this for TWO DAYS. The problem is so much easier to explain if you pull up my credit card statement: 6035 35** **35 8983.

There are two charges on my statement, when I believe there should be only one.

Right now, the charges are for $97.97 and $51.94.

I DID return items, but supposedly have received credit for them.

There may be a simple answer: ****Is it possible that the coffee machine and the Geek Squad were listed as two separate charges? ****

Would you confirm that for me please?
