call them +1 833 272 0777, For the 3rd time I ordered an item online for store pick up. The website said it was available. When I got to the store I waited 30 minutes for them to tell me they didn't have my items. I was told that I could drive another 20 minutes to another store that might have. {{Redacted}}

Best Buy - Returns - POOOr service

I had a well executed wish list from my son with many Best Buy items linked in to it - so I went to the store Christmas eve with it and their website was down!~ so the staff was not able to tell from the link what the kid wanted. We guessed wrong. So - boxing day we try to return and they tell me at the store - nope, sorry, no can do. No returns until January 4th. So the kid has no Christmas. Thanks a lot Best Buy. Really?

Best Buy - Website Review from Montverde, Florida

I received an Apple watch as a gift that was purchased on line at Best Buy two weeks ago. It is unopened - the box is still wrapped in plastic. Neither Apple or Best Buy would allow me to exchange it for another model. Apple would not honor a purchase from Best Buy. Best Buy would not exchange without an original receipt even though they can track the serial number to it being purchased on their website. Very frustrating dealing with their customer service departments.
