I have an e-mail address on file. Best Buy sends me e-mails. I have had to change my e-mail address, so I have tried to get on the website to change my e-mail address for your records. I have been unable to find out how to do it. By the way. My old address was: My new e-mail address is: Trying to navigate your website and find the information I wanted was impossible for me. Seems to be a new scam by Best Buy. Leave the really good deals on computers online forever, even though sold out. Perhaps we'll just buy the next thing since we can't get the great deal. Seems intentional to me that the best computer deals show in a list but click on it and sold out online and no store info available. I am serious. I just spent a few hours and every really great deal turn out to be "sold out" online and no store info available. One local store also did not have the sale items on display but if you asked they could show you the info and provide the product.

Best Buy in Pretoria, Gauteng - $839 phone "delayed"

I have bought a phone through the website and paid for express shipping. However, on the day it was supposed to arrive, I was informed that the order was "delayed", expected to arrived "within 30 days". Without further explanation. In the email, it stated that I should check the status of my order and request a cancelation if I so wished. However, it is no easy matter and there is no way to actually do it. Trying to get in touch is arduous! Definitely not recommending anyone to buy from them

Best Buy in Calgary, Alberta - Returns - POOOr service

I had a well executed wish list from my son with many Best Buy items linked in to it - so I went to the store Christmas eve with it and their website was down!~ so the staff was not able to tell from the link what the kid wanted. We guessed wrong. So - boxing day we try to return and they tell me at the store - nope, sorry, no can do. No returns until January 4th. So the kid has no Christmas. Thanks a lot Best Buy. Really?

Recent TV Buying at Best Buy Monmouth Junction NJ

I returned the Samsung TV I bought because it didn't work and was obviously defective. I was completely stunned by the experience I had with the returns dept. Three people grabbed the box and began emptying it without even a word to me. They did not ask me what was the matter with the TV or why I was returning it, just where were the screws that were supposed to be in the box and the manual! They turned their backs to me and talked among themselves without even acknowledging I was standing there. Finally I said "excuse me" I would appreciate if someone would talk to me about the TV !! When it was decided and understood that I only wanted a replacement, they sent me over to get the associate in the TV dept to get one. When I returned to returns dept. The girl held her hand out for the receipt and didn't look at me or talk to me during this entire process!!! I didn't know they hired mutes in the returns dept.! I will never buy again at BEST BUY, the staff except for the original associate, Cameron (he was wonderful), are RUDE and have no people skills. During this holiday season other stores are bending over backwards to be nice and friendly to the consumer, this place was empty and now I know why! I went to their website but they don't even have a contact email to write to them. Guess they really aren't interested in what the customer has to say.

I received an Apple watch as a gift that was purchased on line at Best Buy two weeks ago. It is unopened - the box is still wrapped in plastic. Neither Apple or Best Buy would allow me to exchange it for another model. Apple would not honor a purchase from Best Buy. Best Buy would not exchange without an original receipt even though they can track the serial number to it being purchased on their website. Very frustrating dealing with their customer service departments.

i purchased 15x70 calvary from best buy .objective tubes miss aligned. showed best buy manager returned them . ordered the best buy limit of 3 more 15x70 calvary. problems with all 3 including broken off objective tube .thats 4 pair returned. went to your website and purchased 15x70 skymaster pro for 179.99,yes 179.99 .site said in stock. shopatron says your mistake. you say there mistake. i call both sides multiple times and explain your problem. now its fixed. says pre orderfor 199.00 thats 20.00 more than i already ordered for and was cancelled. i dont like being treated this way its not right.
