I needed to return a item bought at Best Buy today, but there return policy is as follows.. All items must be returned within 15 days.

I was shocked that there was not even a 30 day grace period for returning an unopened box item. I feel this is very poor customer service will will make purchases elsewhere in the future. As our demands are busy (especially around Christmas season this is totally unreasonable for a store of this size. They are also the ones that will lay on a restock fee.

The bad thing about it is that this policy was not posted anywhere on the receipt.

The Customer Service Rep was of course very rude on top of it. I will stick with Staples or Costco from now on!

Reason of review: Not as described/ advertised.

Monetary Loss: $200.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Best Buy Pros: It was very easy to make my purchase on the website for pickup.

Best Buy Cons: Receipt from pickup.
