Horrible: No delivery and poor customer service | Best Buy

I ordered a Surface 2 laptop from Best Buy. They promised to deliver it in 2 days, and provided a shipping notice with the same information. On the scheduled delivery date, i waited at home the entire day, but the laptop was not delivered. Now, after spending 30+ minutes on the phone with Customer Service (Crystal and Chastity), I have been assured that it will be delivered in the next 2 weeks and I will be given a new shipping notice in the next 24-48 hours. What a waste of time and money -- now I will lose two days of work. And I would have picked the product up in the store if they hadn't promised delivery in 2 days, or I would have ordered the product from someone else. Terrible experience. I will not purchase from Best Buy again.

I ordered a Keurig 200 coffeemaker. The label was addressed to me...upon opening the box I realized something wasn’t right. I thought maybe I had gotten the wrong package, so I instantly looked at the address label. The box included five (5) wireless keyboards w/mouse. The packaging slip had someone else name and pertinent information on it. I realized then, that someone else has my pertinent information as well. I am so upset by this. Now I will be inconvenienced due to someone else incompetence. The convenience of shopping online has been tarnished by this experience.

I hope your mom immediately cancelled the order with Best Buy and wandered over to a Lowe's if you have one in town and bought from them. Alternatively, buy a fridge from some other store in town.
