Bestbuy: Worst people to deal with EVER. Had a 3 year warranty had nothing but problems trying to replace a broken mouse for my iMac. Weeks later I still have no mouse! They said they would ship 2 different times. They never did. Where is my mouse Best buy???? DO NOT Deal with Bestbuy go someplace else. A waste of $254. of a warranty that I never used! They do not know what they are doing! I have shredded my Bestbuy credit card...Had to make 6 different phone calls, was disconnected on hold total of 35 min . Needless to say I am not pleased with Bestbuy. Bye Bye Best buy...I will NEVER shop there again!

This place is the worse place to get a cell phone reps do not know what they are doing, They created two accounts under our name but only gave us phones for one account. they have the phone for the other account in there store but they still keep charging us for the phone that we never received, This issue has been an on going issue for 5 months and they keep telling us that they will get it fixed and the issue is still there. Now this issue has been send to collection agency. called them again had to explain myself all over because the person (Dillion) that was helping is no longer there. they also said when we purchased our phones we had insurance and they only added it to one line. this is so frustrating and just wish this night mare would all go away, and we would of never went into best buy.

Best Buy - Don't Go There...EVER

I purchased a washer & dryer from Best Buy on 12/20/16...was told it would be delivered 1/7/17. Come delivery day, we get a call that they only have the dryer, which is not good for more than 1 reason. i call to find out what's going on...had to call the 800 number twice, and the local store 3 times before I finally got someone. When calling the 800 # the lady said that it was showing that it'd be delivered that day (per what I said I saw when looking online)...then proceeded to say it's back-ordered. {crickets} Ummmm, it can't be both! I get a hold of the manager at the local store, he confirms it's back-ordered, and persuades me to come & pick out a different set...so I stupidly agree. I pick out the new set, am told it's in stock & will be delivered 1/14/17. You guessed it...come that day, they don't have everything. Allegedly they only have half the stacking kit...how that's even possible, IDK! We call & cancel the order, we're done. We went to a locally owned store that day, 20min ordered the same set...paying about $15/mo more with 5yr warranties on both appliances, which we didn't get through BB...and it got delivered 2 days later! I'm still almost a week later (2wks after my original delivery date) dealing with trying to get all the charges off my account. Because they had to push the 2nd sale through to refund it, it apparently charged me still for the installation of the dryer & the 2 haul aways of my old washer/dryer. I'm sitting on hold now trying to work with the manager (who I will admit is very nice, but unfortunately that's not enough at this point) trying to get it resolved. I already disputed all charges...oh, because I'm still being charged something from my original order, not exactly sure what yet, I think the dryer. They have to wait until it's back in the warehouse or something. IDK, but I do know it shouldn't take 2 weeks for all this to be taken care of. So I will be closing my Best Buy card & never going there again, ever! I'm so disgusted and disappointed in the way they handle things.

I was in the market for a new over-the-counter microwave after ours went out. I found the model I wanted and did some comparison shopping online. Best Buy had the best combo of price and availability, so I went with them. Their website said that the microwave I wanted could be delivered and installed on 12/9. So, I purchased the microwave and when I went to schedule it, the earliest date was 12/16. Felt like a bait-and-switch, but I let it go, since I could make myself available for their 4-hour window on the 16th. So, I scheduled myself off of work that morning so than I could be there for the installation. Then I got a phone call on the 14th telling me that they never shipped the microwave and so they wouldn't be able to install it on the 16th as planned. They said the soonest they could get it installed was 12/27. They said they'd issue me a Best Buy gift card after installation for the inconvenience, but they didn't specify for how much. Fast forward to 12/27. The delivery guys arrived with a completely dented up microwave. Looked like a floor model that had bee dropped, kicked, and then drop-kicked. They apologized, took the damaged microwave back to the truck and said that I could expect a call right away to reschedule a delivery for a replacement microwave. I never got a call to reschedule and tried calling Best Buy Customer Support three times to try and reschedule, but each time they said they couldn't reschedule it because their system showed that the microwave was "Out for Delivery." Finally, I spoke with someone who handles the deliveries who changed the status in the system and we got a new delivery date of 1/3, again for a 4-hour window. She reiterated that they'd issue a refund or gift card for the inconvenience. Today is 1/2 and I get an email stating that my "new delivery date is now 1/30." That's 27 days past the scheduled delivery and two full months past the original order date of 1/30. And this time it wasn't a call. It was an email! I called Best Buy service and talked to Jamie who cancelled my order. When I asked about a gift card for the inconvenience, she very rudely said "Well, if you would have kept the order, we could have given you a gift card, but since you cancelled it, we won't do anything for you." I let her know that Best Buy has lost my business forever. Terrible experience. I'll go to any number of appliance competitors for appliances from now on and simply use Amazon for everything else Best Buy offers.

We had the same thing happen to us. A Bluetooth cooker was ordered on 12/15/16, with 2 day ship to store (thinking how could that be messed up).

2 days came and went, no notifications, then on the 21st, we were told it would be there on the 26th. 26th came and went, saying it was delayed shipping. Now they've admitted they can't find it & that we'd have to wait to get our money back when it shows up. Umm no.

I threw a fit and they cancelled the order finally. As soon as the money credits we're doing what we should have done in the first place- order from Amazon Prime. That was my husband's Christmas present. No offer to compensate anything and a half *** apology.

1st and last time to order anything from them. Buyer beware.

Online order was never shipped and I was never contacted. Maybe Best Buy should use some of the technology they sell. *** poor way to run a business. Auto generated emails with inaccurate information and the 800 # is useless. Not one other retailer dropped the ball on Christmas orders. Never again will I shop Best Buy.

I went to best buy to purchase the limited edition 3ds mario edition in black for my 7yo son on Thanksgiving at about 5:30pm, i arrived and immediately asked if it was available to see if it was worth my time waiting in line.. and hour later in line, i nearly made it to the curves of checking out when an employee approached me about checking out faster through customer service.. they proceeded to tell me that the item while no longer in store could still be purchased and shipped to the store by dec. 3rd.. i then purchased the 3ds! On thr 3rd i went to pick it up! The original order was cancelled and they didnt know why.. and the refund was pending... so the kid in cs, looked and said.. oh its fine you can just pay again and this time we can ship it to your house by the 12th.. ok cool im glad he could fix it... the 12 comes No Delivery! I call a few days later because shipping has been bad everywhere and i hadn't received a text alert.. well i called this past Monday and the order was cancelled again.. so.. im really erks me that your store and your customer service left me a without the one item i bought on all of black Friday with no remorse, no solution, no alternative? The same week of Christmas.. and you didn't even plan on telling me!! I am astonished! If it wasn't available then why would you tell me it was and let me but it! I could've taken my business down the road to Walmart and id have the gift for my son.. but no..... you wanted the guaranteed sale EVEN IF YOU SCREWED ME OVER TO GET IT! You owe me a 3DS! I cant believe you can do this and not feel bad! They dont have ANY 3DS IN THE WHOLE STATE NOW BECAUSE YOU WAITED SO LONG TO SCREW ME OVER! How dare you do this! I will never shop here again and i will tell all of my friends and family in the 26 states that you are on my blacklist and to take their money elsewhere! Im a single mom.. and a army war veteran, i just started a new job, my son only asked for two things and he was only getting those few things so we can save to move after our house gets sold out from under us... do you have any compassion yet? I ordered for a laptop a month ago. I neither got my laptop nor my refund. I called more than 50 times for my refund, no one responded. Poor customer service. Every time when i call the wait time would be more than an hour and then after speaking for 10 minutes they will disconnect my call for no reason. Every customer representative will say a different answer. One say it is still in the process of investigation and the other will say the refund was already processed and an another customer representative say i need to wait for 10 more business days. I feel very bad about this and i regret why did i shop at best buy. The worst online store/service i ever seen.
