Best Buy - Samsung Tv Review

Ordered TV to be delivered 8-12. After 12 called to check status. After on hold for 30 minutes told it would be another 1 1/2 hours for delivery. No one called to let me know they would be late. They can cancel my order but not issue the refund. Have to call tomorrow. I'm back to work then and will prob be on hold a long time too. Also had scheduled a Geek Squad for 2 days later to install a new router that this TV would need as well. A FORMER Best Buy Customer!

Receiving an empty box is not uncommon. Someone stole the phone at the shipping center. At this point, I would go ahead and dispute the charge with your card company.
