We purchased a Thermadore refrigerator from these guys and paid in full for it 11/07/207 We dealt with Lori and Rolando out of the Elf Grove store. This has been the worst experience we could have ever hoped for and we would highly recommend anyone to do their business elsewhere. It is now 12/21/2017 and we were just notified by Sye at the Modesto store that our refrigerator still will not be arriving for the 3rd time after we have taken off of work for a 3rd time and waited for them to deliver. It was supposed to be delivered originally before Thanksgiving. Sye asked if I would like to speak with the delivery people so they could explain why they don't have enough people to do the job. Why would I care or speak to their delivery people and argue with them as to why they can't do their job and deliver product to their customer? We are now going to go through the entire Holiday season this year without a refrigerator because of the incompetence of Pacific Sales and Best Buy. We were loyal customers but we will never purchase from Best Buy again as they are horrible to deal with and no consumer should ever have to go through such a bad experience

Details
Had a Chest Freezer delivered. They came 3 hours earlier than the appointment time frame. The box did not contain the screws to attach the wheels. To get new screws takes 10 days. To get another Freezer takes 9 days. No one could give me a date when it could be picked up, because the Computer would not tell them. ZERO concern for the Customer's situation. The Manager in D'Iberville, Mississippi store is a condescending *** My new mission in life is to tell everyone what a horrible experience dealing with Best Buy has been. As with most other store that started out Great, Best Buy has become just another turd in the cow pasture. I will never ever do another pennies business with them again

I tried to get a packaged shipped to my new address and was told by 2 customer service people on 2 separate days that it could be done, just had to wait a couple of days. When I called 3rd time this person told me the other 2 were wrong. I would just get a refund and my order for on sale item would be canceled and credit given. Long story short I will never buy from Best Buy again ever. I will find another source for my technology. I will use Micro In Columbus Ohio. They have all the tech I need and their service is great.

I bought a washer and dryer in my springfield, mo store to be delivered. Two days later I received an email saying that my order had been changed to store pickup. The next day I received an email saying that my order had been cancelled. I called the number on the email and after waiting 25 minutes I was told that this was an in-store purchase and that their customer service call in number couldn't help me. Can't imagine what the customer service would be like once the appliances were actually delivered. Be warned!! I will tell everyone I know to avoid Best Buy

How hard is it to get a fridge and dryer? | Best Buy in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania

In early July, we ordered a dryer and refrigerator for delivery on 8/21. They confirmed our delivery, but we did not get a call that day. Despite it, I spent 6 hours at my house waiting. I heard absolutely nothing from them. I then had to call them, and they had no idea where any of my order was. It took a WEEK of calling SEVERAL TIMES A DAY and speaking to corporate, the appliance manager, and the store manager above him to get any type of resolution. Bottom line was that our fridge was out of stock (not that they told us), we were not getting it, and we had to ARGUE with them over which we would get and repeatedly ask them to upgrade us for free and give us the warranty. It got installed today.... and it does not really fit. Although we SPECIFICALLY told them the size of the slot it needed to go in, the left door cannot open all the way. Idiots. We are done though, it is what it is. We ended up cancelling the dryer because they could not get an answer on when they would be able to install it (it required a propane conversion). A week is more than enough time to source a dryer and do the conversion. We called a local appliance store, they said they could deliver Thursday. That was it. Nothing else required. We are super pissed and will never EVER shop Best Buy again for appliances of any sort.

Hello Best Buy Team, I ordered online for a HP laptop on the 'Thanks giving day' last November and still did not received any such package from bestbuy.com. But I have been charged the amount $375.00 as it was a special deal for me on 'Thanksgiving'. Here are the product details: HP - 17.3" Laptop Intel Core i7, 7th Gen 8GB Memory 1TB Hard Drive HP finish in Silver. It has been such an awful experience purchasing from bestbuy. Even after calling the 1800 number they tell that it has been delivered but I did not recieve any such package. I request the BestBuy team to refund the amount by looking into the matter soon.

Missed Delivery Date and Terrible Customer Service | Best Buy

I ordered a Samsung 55" TV from their website 21 days ago. My card was charged appropriately 2 days later. Delivery was scheduled BY BEST BUY and I received email and text confirmations. No one showed up and I was not contacted. I have tried to call several times and I am hung up on when calling Best Buy @ 1-888-237-8289 The last call, I was told a supervisor will not come to the phone to speak to me because the address in their system is wrong. -- Even though online it is correct. Best Buy has the WORST customer service. I have to now contact my credit card company to decline the charges because I have been charged but have NO TV !!! Terrible experience. My advise -- do not buy from Best Buy even if they have a low price. It's not worth it. I am very sad !
