We bought an open box refrigerator at this Best Buy. The delivery guy left it our house in shop mode in which it does not run.
After reading the manual we got it running but the door open warning message stayed on. After two trips by the geek squad and the door replaced, the refrigerator was declared not fixable. For only $500 more, we could have a new fridge to replace the broken one. I told them no thanks, come pick up this one.
It has now been over a month. I was told that it would take an additional 15 days to pick it up and no credit could be given until they had the refrigerator. They told me that if I called the credit card company, I would be committing fraud. I called the credit card company and got a charge back.
Waiting for them to fight, hope they do, because we will sue the bastards. Will keep you posted.
