Best Buy in Tewksbury Township, New Jersey - Deivery man broke my new washer and lied about it!

Bought a new washer. Delivery man broke it, flooded the floor and then lied and said he just dropped it off he did not try to install! My contractor witnessed the whole thing. Delivery man said he would come the next day and replace part he broke! No! Bought a new washer- want a new washer. Can't believe he lied to BestBuy. Now I have to fight with them for replacement. I have pictures and a witness! Terrible experience.

Best Buy in Mission Viejo, California - Broken new Washer

We were delivered a broken washing machine and they had the nerve to want to make us wait and have it repaired??! We just bought it! They also showed up a day early??! We had to turn around from a short trip to accept the day early delivery for this broken machine. My husband spent 2 entire days dealing with horrific cusomer service people and false promises. They said they would send a new one out the next day. We received texts and phone calls confirming the delivery. We waited a 2nd day w/scheduled delivery time for a promised replacement and it still never showed up. I have filed complaint with BBB. It's not the broken machine that is the problem….it's the way in which Best Buy has dealt with the issue.

Purchased a iBeats ear buds with the $14.99 2 yr replacement Warranty. Now the buds are having an issue cable not working getting static loss of sound. Brought it to Best Buy for what I thought a full replacement but they say I have to pay the difference between the ones I purchased that are no longer made iBeats that I purchased with price match for $79.99 original price was $99.99 had to go with the closest type urBeats that are 99.99 so they made me pay the diff between 27.99 w/tax that's not right.

They lied to me about my replacement plan for kindle fire tablet.. they told me I should have it because my son would be playing with it. Said I could even smash it with a hammer and they would replace it. He dropped it on the ground and this little kid that has no idea about business said it was excessive damage. So I got screwed out of a total of 600$. I shopped the all the time but never again. I spen t 9000$ there last month through my business. I'd rather pay more somewhere else than ever shop there again.

TERRIBLE COMPANY. Every time I call I'm put on a 10 -15 minute hold. Staff is very unprofessional and rude. If you ask for a manager you're put on another 15 min hold. I purchased a warranty for my 3 iphones. When I went to get one repaired because the glass was broken they said it wasn't covered because it was not the right model number. I found that they carried over my warranty on my old iphone 4 to my iphone 4S and didn't change the model number. I have been paying of these warranty's at $16 a month for 3 iphone for 1 1/2 years over $860 and they won't pay a claim on their mistake. I've been given the run around for 6 months now and every time I call I'm placed on hold and told it will be corrected in 7 days. I've been told 7 days for 6 months. I called the corporate headquarters to see if I could get some help with this. They are just as bad. Passing the buck and telling me another 7 days. DO NOT EVER BY A WARRANTY FROM BEST BUY YOU"LL BE SORRY. I'll never purchase another item from Best Buy as long as I'm alive, neither will any of my family members or friends. They are so ***. "One good deed, 10 people will know. One bad deed, 1000's will know" and I plan to tell 1000's. All for a $20. screen replacement. I would have put 0 stars but I couldn't.

I BOUGHT AN APPLE IPAD MINI BACK IN OF 2013 FROM A WHOM SOLD ME ON THE TWO YEAR PROTECTION AS WELL AS A ZAGG SCREEN PROTECTOR. THE SALESMAN EXPLAINED THAT THE SCREEN PROTECTOR HAD A LIFETIME WARRANTY WHICH COULD BE OBTAINED THROUGH TAKING IT IN TO THE STORE AND THEY WOULD PUT A NEW ONE ON. THE TWO YEAR WARRANTY ON THE IPAD MINI WAS SOLD TO ME BY GOING THROUGH THE PROCESS BY WHICH I WOULD GO THROUGH IF I EVER BROKE IT. THE SALESMAN SAID THAT IN ANY CASE OF WHICH THE IPAD MINI WAS DAMAGED, ALL I HAD TO DO WAS TAKE IT IN TO THE STORE AND THEY WOULD ORDER A REPLACEMENT AND WHILE IT WAS PROCESSING, I WAS ABLE TO KEEP IT UNTIL THE NEW ONE CAME IN. I DROPPED MY IPAD MINI WHILE WALKING DOWNTOWN IN JULY OF 2013, I WENT I'M TO BEST BUY AND THEY BEGAN THE REPLACEMENT PROCESS AND TOLD ME THAT I COULD KEEP MY IPAD MINI UNTIL THE REPLACEMENT WAS SENT TO THEM. WHEN IT CAME IN THEY CALLED ME IN AND SWAPPED THE BROKEN ONE FOR THE NEW ONE AND IN THE PROCESS PUT A NEW SCREEN PROTECTOR. VERY HAPPY AT THE END OF THIS TRANSACTION. I DROPPED MY IPAD AGAIN IN OCTOBER WHILE ON MY BREAK. I TOOK IT IN TO BEST BUY EXPECTING THE SAME PROCESS THAT WAS EXPLAINED TO ME WHILE BUYING THE IPAD MINI AS WELL AS DURING THE FIRST REPLACEMENT. I WAS VERY VERY ASTONISHED WHEN THEY STARTED TO DEACTIVATE IT AND BEGAN TELLING ME THAT THEY HAD TO KEEP MY IPAD FOR TWO WEEKS WHILE THE NEW ONE WAS ORDERED IN TO THE STORE AND ALSO INSTEAD OF JUST SWAPPING OUT SCREEN PROTECTORS, THEY HANDED ME A CARD FOR A WEBSITE THAT I HAD TO GO TO FOR THE REPLACEMENT PROCESS. WHEN I ASKED WHY I COULDN'T KEEP MY IPAD MINI AND ALSO WHY THEY COULDN'T REPLACE MY SCREEN PROTECTOR, THEY REPLIED THAT I WAS GIVEN AN EXCEPTION DURING THE LAST PROCESS AND THAT THIS IS THE WAY THAT THE PROCESS IS SUPPOSED TO GO. VERY VERY VERY UPSET WITH THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL AS THE POOR MANAGEMENT DECISIONS. I HAVE ALWAYS BOUGHT MY ELECTRONICS FROM CAR STEREOS TO TVS ALTHOUGH ASSET ALL OF THESE HEADACHES I HIGHLY DOUBT THAT I WILL EVER SET FOOT INSIDE A BEST BUY STORE EVER AGAIN.
