Geek Squad has hung up on me twice, Best Buy Corp. Representative has no power over Geek Squad. I have tried to reach C.E.O. Hubert Joly no feed back, Everyone hides! They don't want him to know about this sensitive issue!

Has anyone else been HACKED by GEEK SQUAD?
