I have a problem connecting a one month old Dell laptop, purchased from Best Buy, via Bluetooth with my Yamaha sound bar. I initially got someone to try and solve the problem but then when she couldn't she said computers aren't meant to connect to an entertainment system.
SINCE WHEN? Then she said I have to pay for customer support if I wanted more help.
The "geeks" are not really knowledgeable and paying for technical support when obviously the PC is at fault is no way to advertise "support". I would appreciate more attention to this issue which is obviously a tricky one to solve and personnel should be better equipped to deal with technical issues that are not of my making.
