HORRIBLE customer service!! My daughter bought a kindle from the Murfreesboro store.

She had saved $ given to her from grandparents. Well, the piece of junk tore up within a month. Had my receipt in hand wanting resolution. Amanda, the so-called manager had the nastiest attitude and refused to offer store credit or refund.

Called corporate office to get help. NOT!! They let the general manager dictate to them that he wasn't going to swap, refund, store credit. That is the most ridiculous thing I ever heard.

The governing body of the co being told what to do is awful. I will NEVER step foot in that store again. From corporate office down to the local store should be ashamed!! Give me a break---a nine year old child is stuck with a piece of garbage & nobody gives a cheap because they have her $50.

The least they could have done is a store credit. All she wanted was her kindle.

Yeah, your leaving something out. Even if you really didn't break it yourself, or bringing it back outside the time period alotted, Corporate would refund you. Tell the whole story.
