If you can buy from anyone else anywhere else I would do so.

My order has been cancelled rescheduled for 18 days later and i have been on hold for 3 phone calls to the service center and each call was transferred to another rep, explained my situation on new call and then put on hold and disconnected each time

I now have over 2 hours in the horrible experience

do not buy from best Buy-(Worst Buy)

Return a product customer service was rudy | Best Buy in Camarillo, California

I send my daughter in with the receipt and my credit card to return a product, the customer gentleman, told her did you purchase this if not you can't return this. the person who purchase has to come and return this product,he told her in a Rudy way. Now I'm in the car waiting became I'm disable. So I went in and he never ask me any question after he saw I was disable. never ask me for my license,credit card was I the purchaser nothing. He was very rudy because she was black. He new he was wrong.. I ask to speak to a manager. the supervisor Eric would not aloud me to talk with the store manager.. He told me he was the Supervisor of all the store..LOL He thought I was craze because I,m Black LOL

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE-RUDE MANAGER | Best Buy in Germantown, Tennessee

Every time I go to Best Buy I can never get any service. I have gone to buy several big ticket items and the employee simply pass by me. The employees treat my family and friends the same way. I am African American and have noticed that the White customers are asked if they need help and we are never asked. I called to complain and the store supervisor hung up on me. Needless to say I sent an email to corporate. This has been going on for years do not go in Best Buy anymore. However my son went in the store and experience the same hidden racism. I absolutely hate to pull the race card but it is what it is.

Don't give us your poor excuse! I'm so sick of people like you who use race any time they don't get their butts kissed!

I don't believe that you were passed buy so they could help the white customers.

Perhaps you're being way overly sensitive. I have had experience with people like you.

When you go to a store with an attitude or look upset, I wouldn't help you either. GROW UP and stop crying race!

Found an I-phone 5 online for $49.99, was told by customer service would not be charged until picked up, drove to another suburb (40 minutes) to get it, no phone. Store wouldn't be bothered with helping. Next morning, $66.91 deducted from my checking. Called C.S. and was told a manager would help with getting this resolved as an old system had to be access. They left message and Was told only store that had the phone was Albuquerque, could not do "mail to home" but that the store didn't have any (?) as item was discontinued. I was incredulous at the stupidity. Had to call to cancel order to get money back. We'll see if I get my money back. I work in a huge retail company, corporate. Here is what is wrong here....crappy training of customer service, BAD supply chain, systems that don't talk to each other and don't give regular updates...I actually had the C.S. rep get angry with me because she launched into a canned explanation that my current data plan would convert (I hadn't even been assured that I was getting the phone!!!). Amazing this store is still in business. Recently read their online business did well during holiday. I can't imagine how.

Ordered a washer and Dryer. Was told it would be dele versed on Saturday. Saturday morning at 8am was called and told they did not have my washer. I asked how long it would be they advised it was on back order. I asked for my money back and was told I had to wait for my order to come in before they could refund my money. Had to literally tell the Manager that I would not leave without my product or my money. It took me almost two hours of arguing but they finally put the money on my debit card.

I've dealt with Mr. Cochrane for at least a decade and a half.

He also helped our son choose the parts to build a tower computer. We have found Mr. Cochrane to always be professional, ethical, courteous and very customer-oriented. We have had a few technical problems with computers over the years-- as, of course, can be expected-- and he has always taken the time to ensure that we leave the store satisfied.

Sorry to hear that your experience was less than stellar. In 15 years, mine has never been.

Thank you, Mr. Cochrane, for giving customer service in an era when it is too often lacking.

I purching a big screen Tv on 2-23-2015. The TV was delivered to my house on 2-28-2015. I found it was too big to fit my living room, so I decided to return it. I went to the store were I purchesed today (3-12-2015). They refused returning. I was told by the manager that the date count from the purchesed date, not from the delivered date. I am so upset about this. It does not make sense for me. Since they have 15 days returning policy, I have never thought that I will be a problem return it since I only have the TV for 12 day. My order number is 1115054584730. What I can do for this? I may have to hire a lawyer to sue them even I don't want to.

First of all, I spend $15,000-$20,000 a year at this store. On 2/28/2015 at about 5:30pm I went to this store and was wanting to buy 2 Amazon Fire TV's, like I have many times in the past, and this last time, there is a VERY BIG security guy that comes up to me (I did not get his name, but you cannot miss him) and was VERY rude and said "you can only buy one per house hold" and I said "why, I have never had this problem before", he walks back to me and just says "one per house hold" and turns his back to me and walks away... This was very infuriating!!! For one, I AM THE CUSTOMER!!! there are many ways he could have told me nicely and tried to be cordial about there new policy, granted, this is the ONLY store to have this policy. The store manager also said that i can order more than one Fire TV and pick them up on Tuesday, but how is this ANY different from just letting me buy 2 this night when I wanted to?? I asked to speak to the store manager and he said he would have a talk with the security guy, but I really do not think they will do anything about it. If they do not, they are going to loose my business. I have my own business and customer service is key. If I were to talk and treat my customers like I was treated, I would not have any customers left!! I am writing this review because I do not believe that this store manager is going to do anything about this. The way he said he was going to talk to this guy seemed like he was just trying to get me out of the store. I was not rude by any means, but they DID let the store manager know that I was very upset. Anyone who wants to sell something should not turn their back and walk away while you are talking to them. two thumbs down to this store!!

I went to best buy to purchase a tablet. After waiting for almost 45minutes someone decided to assist me. The individual clearly did not know the products they were selling and didn't even know what they had in stock. After purchasing the tablet I decided to get a bigger tablet. The next day I arrive at the store when they first open hoping to receive better customer service. After waiting 30 minutes to see a new tablet I decided to look for a manager. Surprisingly all the managers were in the front of the store laughing and goofing off. Apparently, they were offended that I interrupted there non work related conversation. The manager told me that it should be someone in the area to assist me. After walking around they finally found someone to assist me. Apparently he was upset that we interrupted his texting. My problem is that I counted 25 employees on the floor of the store walking around. No one was assisting or trying to get a sale. The store in Newport News, VA clearly doesn't know what customer service is. Management and employees really need basic training. I try to avoid this store at all cost. Best buy corporate really needs to go and investigate issues with store. Employees are rude, unfriendly and getting paid not to do there job.

I would like to file a complaint w/Best-Buy in St.Charlesd Mo. I went to Best-Buy this weekend 1/24 and took my computer w/me since it had been dropped by my grandkids while I was in out of town, as I work out of town. When I got home this weekend from work ( at Ford Motor Co) I told my wife that we have a lot of computer work to do as our employer "Ford" is changing there process and we have to learn it. So she explained that a couple of the grandkids had been using it and that they were on the deck and somehow it fell from the deck, so I took it to Best-Buy since I knew I had the BlackTie warrinty. But after going to Best-Buy and the manager " Greg Coleman telling me that this would not be covered and I asked why and he first said that I did not buy it at that store and I replied that I did purchase my origninal computer from there and that maybe that perticular computer was picked up from the Kansas City store as I work and live there since they closed my home plant in St.Louis. He told me that I needed to take it back there then and I explained that I still live in St.Charles also, that we still own our home there also. I keep the KC adress and my wife carries our St.Charles address since Ford required us to have an address there incase of paper work that could come. Then the manager "Greg Coleman" said that well it looks likle you have had a few returns on computers and were not going to be able to cover this since it looked kind of strange that you have had a few computers w/serious issue and I explained that we (my wife and I) had a lot of grand kids that age from 5 to 14 yrs. of age and when they come over the first thing they want to do is get on the computer,cell phones, or the nexus. They want online. I usually tell them to either get the nexus or there parents phone not the computer. Now when I say a lot of grandkids I mean a lot, between the two of us we have 17 or 18. Now a couple are toddelers so I dont worrty bout them yet but the others are all school age and they no how to do the net or download a game or 2 and my wife and I argue about it at times and I'm either at work or busy. Anyway, I always make sure to purchase the best Black Tie warrinty with my computer for those strange times. But your manager "Greg Coleman emplied that I was doing something a little strange since I've had to replace a few. Well he did'nt say anything about all the other electronics we've purchased from Best Buy that I've had no issue' with like the 2 or 3 Acers I purchased or the 55 in. Insignia that I had ex warrinty on and they've never had to come out for, or all the small flat screens I bought for some of the grandkids. Best Buy is the one that pushes an extended warrinty on the consumer, there like " it covers anything, your fault our fault, nobodys fault. it's covered. I believe you's no what I'm talking about. I have always told every BB store rep that I have a lot of grand kids a they are tough on things. There's quite a few things I've purchased that either just ran out of warrinty or it expired and then shot craps, "as it happens to everyone". So I was pretty upset when that your young store mngr of yours implied that I damaged this product. And of course there were store costomers standing everywhere and I told him that Best Buy never has a problem pushing an extended warrinty on me but that I have been a little reluctant to buy a new one, "just because" and there like you know your "going to need it" so I do buy it, every time. Oh, he did offer me a refund on my extended warrinty, a pro rated one and I told him I have never paid a pro rated price for an extended warrinty and as I was leaving he blurted out that, "that was all he was going to do" !!
