Not only did I not receive the product I purchased, UPS delivered to the wrong place, someone signed, and that forged signature is "proof" that the product was delivered to me. Best Buy says contact UPS, UPS says contact Best Buy.

Neither will allow me to file a claim because someone signed for the package. I was also hung up on twice by Best Buy customer service.

To *** with both of them. I will never shop at Best Buy again.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $90.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: How everything has been handled.
