I purchased an iPad Air Bluetooth case from Best Buy for $99.99 and within four months one of the case's hinges broke! This rendered the case useless and upon returning it to Best Buy was told "it was my problem" And I needed to contact the manufacturer. I was also advised that if I had purchased their protection plan maybe something could have been done. In other words, I have to pay an additional amount to Best Buy to ensure that Best Buy sells a quality item?

Best Buy wonders why the consumer is going to Amazon, EBay etc....guest where I will be shopping from now on and where I will never shop again?

If you had purchased that case on amazon or ebay and it broke 4 months later you would have the same exact problem you have now if you didn't purchase additional coverage. Your expectations are unreasonable
