Best Buy - Horrible
Delivery people damaged our wooden floors. Very apologetic, however after the apologies and saying I needed to get 2 estimates for fixing the problem.... all communication stopped. I sent pictures and estimates and not one person followed up after that. Left 7 messages.... approximately 7 emails and I have not received any responses . After reading Best Buy reviews I read I’m not alone with my frustrations.

Best Buy - Worst customer Service

Installed a High end screen protector for iPhone yesterday..paid extra for installation. They didn’t install corectly.. phone slipped of my hand , screen came off and my phone is broke .. I went to the store , explained them and the manager was so rude and they are not responsible for the wrong installation .. will never visit bes buy again

Best Buy - Missed delivery

I have had my delivery / install/ takeaway of a dishwasher cancelled twice. Best Buy different factions all blame each other. Some have said I should be reimbursed for all my time. I had a case manager send me a phone number that when I called was disconnected. Such a horrible company. Now have no idea on delivery.

Best Buy Installation Review

Best Buy in Greenville, N.C. Kenhas poor customer service, and support. If you have a problem from their installation, or other, in store, staff will just send you around and around, never correcting their problem on anything. Done with them. It is not the only place to shop.
