Ordered a Sony 65 tv with soundbar spent 1500 dollars and from day 1 its been a nightmare. They not only sent me 2 different delivery dates to my phone, both dates they sent me were wrong.

I had to take off work for 2 days to wait around and not even receive my purchases. They were professional enough to approve me a 150 credit off my purchase. But when they credited me my 150 they screwed up my future purchase by adding it to my purchase processing it then cancelling my order. I spent 6 hrs getting transferred to different depts yesterday and no one knew how to help me.

They told me to go to the store and have them do it but when I went to the store they didnt see the credit.

So Im waiting now at the store for th this problem that still hasnt been resolved!!! Love Best Buy and their products but their customer service is

Monetary Loss: $150.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Best Buy Pros: Products.

Best Buy Cons: Customer service dept is garbage, Worst customer service.
