Very disappointed to see that the Framingham MA store had only one Geek on staff Monday Dec 15, 2015. This is the ipotomy of cheap.

Waited for an hour just to pick up my repair. This lack of staffing causes exorbitant amounts of costly anti-marketing as irrate customers are a company's worst business plan.

The immediate as well as trickle down impact from this shortsightedness will translate to lost sales. When will companies learn that customer service is much more valuable than flashy adds

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Unfortunately, they aren't going to learn about it from here! If there's no manager available to help you, and to get a problem like this resolved in the store, call 1-888-237-8289.

While you're waiting in line, ask for "customer care" or the complaint department over the phone. Where ever that store manager is, he's going to get a message on his cell phone!
