"they should have enough TV's to sell to the consumer they only had like 20 of those tv's to go around that is total BS" Is this your first time shopping Black Friday? This is how all the big items everyone wants work out, they have a limited amount and even say so in the ad.

Also 20 is pretty generous many times they only have 5 or so. And if you think Target or Walmart don't operate the exact same way on Black Friday you are in for a rude awakening.

It was not resolved and I will not request any additional assistance from Best Buy mgmt. My purchasing decisions will now be left to product research resulting in online purchases after the fact.

I went in to purchase my daughter a phone in February; however the phones we were looking at were sold out. We were wanting a cheap phone and the IPhone SE were $10/mo. A manager told us there was a promotion if I added another line I could get the Iphone 7 for $10 a month. I was a little unsure and asked again, but was assured it was accurate through Verizon. After completing the purchase I asked again if they were sure and wanted it in writing. He told me it was outlined in my agreement, but couldn't show me, but assured me after 2 months of the regular price ($27.50) the 3rd month will start the $10/mo promotion. I contacted Verizon after 3 months and they said it would show up the following month. I followed up with Best Buy and after poor customer service from Alicia I was told they couldn't do anything about it. After I pushed stating they lied to me she came back and said they would give me $480 in store credit. My husband passed away 9 months ago and I am now on a single parent income trying to cut down on bills. My daughter needed a phone so I could reach her when I was working and for when she walked home for school (her father use to pick her up). Alicia said there was nothing they could do and basically said take the in store credit. I don't need anything all I want is the promotion I thought I was signing up for. I asked if they could give me a visa/ mc so I can apply it to my Verizon bill but was denied. I feel they had were sneaky and dishonest now I stuck in a two year contract with Verizon paying $480 more than I thought!

We purchased 2 new I phones in may 2016 bogo buy one and receive visa card in 3 months for the second phone from verizon. Never received visa card.

Best buy store manager says not their problem. They just advertised falsely.

We have all our paperwork. Verizon says best best buy never turned in paper work.

I order online 2 USBs in Dec26th as. They announced sales,whike I'm waiting to recieve my purchases, I got an email as follows, what a fraud and I feel no recpect spicaly they neglected my reply to the customer service asking them to prcess tge order as they have tge same item out of sale, shame on them , I will never deal eith them again : " We are writing to you today regarding your recent Bestbuy.ca order for the Lexar JumpDrive S57 128GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive - Black/Teal. Best Buy in Birmingham, Alabama - Customer service

Worst company I have every had to deal with. They can not speak good english. I was transferred 5 different times before I could speak to anyone that knew what was going on. they sent me a bill saying I owed them, when I had paid in full 3 months prior. I CANCELLED my account and will not deal with them anymore. I advise you to do the same. Poor reception. Too long a wait on the phone. Dont call them. Dont even use them.
