I purchased and scheduled the installation of a new tv today. A delivery man called during my scheduled time and said he was delivering my tv..
but not installing it. I called customer service and they said i never scheduled the install. They could see i paid for install and could not figure out why it was being only delivered because GeekSquad brings it to install. After over 2 hours I had to settle for a Tuesday installation.
